Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return
- Submit a request through the 'contact us' form or email us at elsvintage@protonmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
